  • 1 pinch sea salt

Preparation Steps

  • Slice your pineapple into even 1-inch rings to ensure even cooking.
  • In a bowl, mix melted coconut oil, brown sugar, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, and sea salt until well combined.
  • Coat your pineapple slices with the spice mixture, ensuring each piece is evenly covered.
  • Preheat your grill to medium heat (about 400°F) and lightly oil the grates.
  • Place the pineapple rings on the grill, leaving some space between each piece.
  • Grill each side for about 6 minutes or until nice grill marks form and the pineapple is tender.
  • Remove from the grill and let cool slightly before serving warm.

Notes

For an added tropical flair, sprinkle some shredded toasted coconut over the grilled pineapple before serving.
