Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a separate bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in milk.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in the berries.
Pour batter into the prepared bundt pan and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a wooden skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before inverting it onto a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
Best served with a dusting of powdered sugar and a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
