  • 0.25 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.33 cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Preparation Steps

  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked and cooled tortellini, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, and chopped basil.
  • Drizzle the balsamic vinaigrette over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  • Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving for enhanced flavor.
