  • 1 lb sliced roasted turkey breast
  • 8 oz brie cheese, rind removed and cut into cubes
  • 8 oz sharp white cheddar, sliced
  • 8 oz herbed goat cheese, log
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup candied pecans
  • 1 cup green grapes
  • 1 cup red grapes
  • 1 apple, thinly sliced
  • 1 pear, thinly sliced
  • 0.5 cup fig jam or preserves
  • 0.5 cup whole grain mustard
  • 1 baguette, sliced and toasted
  • 1 package water crackers
  • 1 fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish
  • 1 fresh thyme sprigs for garnish

Preparation Steps

  • Select a large wooden board or slate platter as your base for the charcuterie board.
  • Begin arranging the turkey slices by folding or rolling them and placing them in clusters around the board.
  • Place the cheeses (brie, cheddar, and goat cheese) in separate sections, spacing them out evenly.
  • Fill small bowls or ramekins with fig jam and whole grain mustard, placing them on the board for easy access.
  • Scatter dried cranberries and candied pecans in small piles between the other components.
  • Add bunches of green and red grapes, placing them in open spaces to add color and freshness.
  • Arrange apple and pear slices in a fan or stack near the cheeses for a crisp, refreshing bite.
  • Place toasted baguette slices and water crackers in stacks or small piles around the board.
  • Garnish with fresh rosemary and thyme sprigs to enhance the Thanksgiving theme and add visual appeal.
  • Serve immediately and encourage guests to build their own plates with a variety of flavors and textures.
