Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion rings and sauté until they become translucent.
Place sautéed onions in a baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
Cover onions with cheddar cheese. Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
