- 1 lb 0.45 kg breakfast sausage, crumbled and cooked
- 1 32 oz / 2 lb bag frozen tater tots
- 8 large eggs
- 1 cup 0.24 L milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups 0.5 lb shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup 0.12 lb shredded mozzarella cheese
- Chopped parsley for garnish optional
Step 2: Assemble the Casserole Layers
Spread half of the tater tots evenly in the baking dish.
Sprinkle the cooked sausage over the tater tots.
Top with 1 ½ cups of cheddar cheese and ¼ cup of mozzarella cheese.
