Taco Tater Tot Casserole
This scrumptious casserole combines the flavors of tacos and the crispy goodness of tater tots for a family-friendly dinner!

Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned; drain excess grease.
Add taco seasoning, black beans, and diced tomatoes to the skillet. Stir to combine and simmer for 5 minutes.
Transfer the beef mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the beef mixture.
Place tater tots evenly over the top of the cheese layer.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
Notes
For extra flavor, serve with sour cream and chopped green onions on top.
