Taco Pie Recipe
This delicious Taco Pie combines all the flavors of traditional tacos baked into a hearty pie.

Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
Add taco seasoning, black beans, and salsa to the beef. Mix well and simmer for 5 minutes.
Place one pie crust in the bottom of a pie pan. Spread half of the beef mixture into the crust.
Sprinkle with 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
Cover with the second pie crust and seal the edges. Cut slits in the top to vent.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Feel free to substitute ground turkey for the beef or add extra veggies for a twist.
