Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Brush a baking sheet with 1 tablespoon of melted butter.
Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles. Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
Roll each dough triangle into a log, then slice into four mini rolls. Dip each roll in melted butter, then roll in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
Place the coated rolls on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
