Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Mix well.
1.5 pounds ground beef
Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
In a saucepan, combine your favorite sweet and sour sauce and heat over medium heat.
Once the meatballs are cooked, add them to the sauce and stir to coat evenly.
Serve warm over rice or noodles.
Notes
For a spicier version, add a teaspoon of chili flakes to the sauce.
