  • 1.5 pounds ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs plain
  • 0.5 cup onion finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce low-sodium
  • 1 clove garlic minced

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Mix well.

  • Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
  • In a saucepan, combine your favorite sweet and sour sauce and heat over medium heat.

  • Serve warm over rice or noodles.

Notes

For a spicier version, add a teaspoon of chili flakes to the sauce.
