Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, and soy sauce in a bowl. Mix well.
Roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
In a saucepan, combine ketchup, white vinegar, and sugar. Bring to a simmer.
Whisk in cornstarch until thickened.
Add meatballs to the sauce and coat evenly.
Serve immediately over rice or pasta.
Notes
For spicier meatballs, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the meat mixture.
