Preparation Steps
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until just combined.
Form the beef mixture into 8 thin patties.
Place 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese in the center of 4 patties, then top with remaining patties. Pinch edges to seal.
Grill burgers over medium-high heat for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your liking.
