Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
Mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract together until smooth.
Pour the mixture over the crust and bake for 45 minutes.
Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before topping with strawberries and serving.
