  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs for the crust
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup strawberries sliced, for garnish

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
  • Mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  • Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract together until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture over the crust and bake for 45 minutes.
  • Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before topping with strawberries and serving.
