Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, combine cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Unroll the puff pastry sheets and cut each into 9 squares.
Spread a teaspoon of cream cheese mixture onto each square and add half a teaspoon of strawberry jam.
Twist the pastry squares into spirals and place on the baking sheet.
Brush with beaten egg and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar.
