Strawberry Cream Cheese Icebox Cake Recipe
This refreshing and creamy strawberry icebox cake is perfect for summer days. Layers of strawberries, cream cheese, and graham crackers.

Instructions
Preparation Steps
Beat cream cheese and sugar together in a bowl until smooth and creamy.
In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into cream cheese mixture.
Layer graham crackers at the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan.
Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crackers and layer with half of the sliced strawberries.
Repeat layering with remaining ingredients. Finish with a layer of cream cheese mixture and strawberries on top.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set before serving.
Notes
Use freshest strawberries for best flavor.
