Strawberry Banana Smoothie

A refreshing and creamy smoothie made with fresh strawberries, ripe bananas, milk or yogurt, and optional sweeteners for a quick breakfast or snack.

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 1 medium banana, peeled and sliced
  • 0.5 cup milk (dairy, almond, oat, or soy)
  • 0.5 cup plain Greek yogurt (optional, for creaminess)
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)

Preparation Steps

  • Add the strawberries, banana, milk, Greek yogurt (if using), and sweetener (if desired) to a blender.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 30–60 seconds.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey or maple syrup.
  • Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

Notes

Perfect as a quick breakfast or post-workout snack. Can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
