Preparation Steps
Add the strawberries, banana, milk, Greek yogurt (if using), and sweetener (if desired) to a blender.
Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 30–60 seconds.
Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey or maple syrup.
Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Notes
Perfect as a quick breakfast or post-workout snack. Can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
