Spinach Artichoke Dip

A classic, creamy, and cheesy spinach artichoke dip perfect for any gathering!

  • 0.5 cup Sour Cream
  • 0.5 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 can (14 ounce) Artichoke Hearts drained and chopped
  • 10 ounces Frozen Chopped Spinach thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese plus more for topping
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • In a large bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, chopped artichoke hearts, spinach, 1 cup of Parmesan cheese, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to a shallow baking dish.
  • Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly golden brown on top.
  • Serve hot with tortilla chips, crackers, or bread.

Notes

This dip is best served warm. You can also make it ahead of time and bake it just before serving.
