Spinach and Feta Crescent Rolls: Perfect for Quick and Easy Snacking!
These delightful crescent rolls filled with a blend of sautéed spinach, creamy feta, and a hint of garlic are perfect for any occasion. They are easy to prepare yet packed with flavor, making them a hit at parties or casual gatherings.
In a skillet over medium heat, warm the olive oil and sauté the garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add the chopped spinach and cook until wilted.
Transfer the spinach and garlic mixture to a bowl. Add crumbled feta cheese and black pepper to the bowl and stir until the mixture is evenly combined.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into individual triangles. Place about 2 tablespoons of the spinach and feta mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
Roll the dough from the wide end to the tip, encasing the filling, and place the rolls seam-side down on the baking sheet, spacing them about 1 inch apart.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the crescent rolls are golden brown.
Allow the rolls to cool slightly on the baking sheet before serving.
Notes
Try adding sun-dried tomatoes for extra flavor. Store leftovers in the fridge and reheat in the oven for the best texture.
