  • 4 pieces chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 2 cups spinach fresh or frozen, thawed
  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt to taste
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper to taste

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix spinach, feta cheese, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and stuff with spinach mixture.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
