Instructions
Preparation Steps
Combine olive oil, lemon juice, chili powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
Add the halved baby potatoes to the bowl and toss until well coated with the marinade.
Preheat a grill pan over medium heat. Once hot, place the potatoes cut-side down on the grill.
Grill the potatoes for 10 minutes on each side, or until crispy and cooked through.
Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
