Instructions
Preparation Steps
Combine apple cider, sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a large pot over medium heat.
Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring frequently to ensure sugar dissolves completely.
Add the fruit pectin to the boiling mixture, stirring constantly for about 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and skim off any foam that may have formed.
Ladle hot jelly into sterilized jars, leaving about 1/4 inch of headspace, and seal immediately.
Notes
Store in a cool, dark place to preserve the flavor of the jelly. Once opened, keep refrigerated.
