Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, mix cooked spaghetti with beaten eggs, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
Press the spaghetti mixture into a greased 9-inch pie plate to form a crust.
Spread ricotta cheese over the spaghetti crust evenly.
Pour marinara sauce over the ricotta layer.
Sprinkle the top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and golden.
Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
Try serving with a side salad for a complete meal.
