Smoked Corn on the Cob

  • 4 ears Corn on the cob Husked and cleaned
  • 0.5 cup Butter Melted
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your smoker or grill to 225°F (107°C).
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Brush the corn evenly with the butter mixture.
  • Place the corn directly on the smoker grates. Smoke for 30-40 minutes, or until the corn is tender and slightly charred, turning occasionally.
  • Remove from smoker and serve immediately.

Notes

For an extra kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the butter mixture. You can also grill the corn in foil packets if you don't have a smoker, adding wood chips for smoke flavor.
