Instructions
Preparation Steps
Place the diced potatoes in the slow cooker and pour in the chicken broth.
Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or until the potatoes are tender.
Add the sour cream, butter, and garlic powder to the potatoes.
Mash the potatoes using a potato masher until smooth.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
