Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a slow cooker, combine potatoes, chicken broth, salt, and pepper.
Cook on low for 5-6 hours or until potatoes are tender.
Stir in heavy cream and shredded cheese, cook for another 30 minutes.
Serve hot, garnished with bacon and green onion.
