Slow Cooker Chicken and Vegetables

  • 1.5 lbs Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Chopped onion
  • 2 cups Chopped carrots
  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 tsp Dried thyme
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  • Add onion, carrots, and broccoli to the slow cooker.
  • Pour chicken broth over the chicken and vegetables.
  • Sprinkle with thyme, salt, and pepper.
  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
