Preparation Steps

  • Season chicken breasts with garlic powder and paprika. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and brown the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  • Place the browned chicken in the slow cooker. Add chopped carrots, sliced bell peppers, and chicken broth.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4 hours until the chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
  • Serve hot with rice or your favorite side dish.
