Instructions
Preparation Steps
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add onions and green bell pepper, sauté until softened.
Stir in garlic and cook for another minute.
Add the diced tomatoes, chicken broth, and creole seasoning. Let simmer for 25 minutes.
Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and cooked through, about 5 minutes.
Notes
Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve over rice.
