  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup Sugar
  • 0.25 cup Melted butter

Filling Ingredients

  • 14 ounces Sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups Vanilla ice cream
  • 0.25 cup Milk
  • 10 drops Mint extract
  • 2 tablespoons Green food coloring

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch pie plate.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes, then let cool completely.
  • In a large bowl, beat together sweetened condensed milk, vanilla ice cream, milk, mint extract, and green food coloring until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the filling into the cooled pie crust.
  • Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use high-quality vanilla ice cream. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate shavings before serving.
