Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch pie plate.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, then let cool completely.
In a large bowl, beat together sweetened condensed milk, vanilla ice cream, milk, mint extract, and green food coloring until smooth and creamy.
Pour the filling into the cooled pie crust.
Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
