Instructions
Preparation Steps
Season cod fillets with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear cod fillets for 3-4 minutes per side, until cooked through.
Add butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
Stir in lemon juice. Pour sauce over cod fillets.
