Ingredients

  • 0.5 pound Cooked Shrimp Peeled and deveined
  • 0.5 pound Cooked Crab Meat Flaked
  • 0.25 pound Cooked Scallops Halved if large
  • 0.5 cup Celery Finely chopped
  • 0.25 cup Red Onion Finely chopped
  • 0.25 cup Fresh Parsley Chopped
  • Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed

Dressing

  • 0.5 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper Freshly ground

Preparation Steps

  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked shrimp, crab meat, scallops, chopped celery, red onion, and fresh parsley.
  • In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Pour the dressing over the seafood mixture and gently toss to coat everything evenly.
  • Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the salad to taste.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld before serving.

Notes

Serve chilled on a bed of lettuce, with crackers, or in a sandwich. This salad is also delicious served in avocado halves.
