Seafood Lasagna

A delicious and creamy lasagna layered with succulent seafood and rich cheese.

  • 1.5 pounds shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound scallops
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese whole milk
  • 3 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 12 pieces lasagna noodles cooked

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Sauté shrimp and scallops in a pan until just cooked.
  • Mix ricotta and parmesan cheese in a bowl.
  • Layer noodles, seafood, ricotta mixture, and mozzarella in a baking dish.
  • Repeat layers and finish with mozzarella on top.
  • Bake for 35-45 minutes until golden and bubbly.

Notes

Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before serving.
