Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Sauté shrimp and scallops in a pan until just cooked.
Mix ricotta and parmesan cheese in a bowl.
Layer noodles, seafood, ricotta mixture, and mozzarella in a baking dish.
Repeat layers and finish with mozzarella on top.
Bake for 35-45 minutes until golden and bubbly.
