  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 0.5 pound scallops
  • 4 cups fish stock
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add onions and cook until softened.
  • Add shrimp and scallops; cook until pink.
  • Stir in fish stock, heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes.
