  • 1 cup cream heavy or whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp flour all-purpose
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper ground
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs for topping

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine corn, cream, flour, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Pour mixture into a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
