  • 1 lb steak sliced into strips
  • 1 cup Gorgonzola cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Preparation Steps

  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook steak strips until browned.
  • Remove steak and set aside. In the same skillet, pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  • Stir in gorgonzola and Parmesan cheese, continue to cook until the sauce thickens.
  • Add steak back to the skillet, stirring to coat with the sauce, and cook for another 2 minutes.
