Instructions
Preparation Steps
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook steak strips until browned.
Remove steak and set aside. In the same skillet, pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
Stir in gorgonzola and Parmesan cheese, continue to cook until the sauce thickens.
Add steak back to the skillet, stirring to coat with the sauce, and cook for another 2 minutes.
