Savory Spinach and Artichoke Dip: A Crowd Favorite!

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 14 oz artichoke hearts canned, drained and chopped
  • 10 oz frozen chopped spinach thawed and drained
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes optional
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper freshly ground
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 1 packet baked pita chips for serving

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Stir until smooth and well combined.
  • Add the Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, spinach, artichoke hearts, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and salt. Mix until all ingredients are incorporated.
  • Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving. Serve with baked pita chips.

Notes

You can make this dip ahead of time and bake it just before serving for maximum flavor.
