Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned and crumbly. Drain excess fat.
Arrange croissant pieces in the prepared baking dish. Evenly sprinkle cooked sausage over the croissants.
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and maple syrup. Pour over the sausage and croissants.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the top.
Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the casserole is golden and set.
