Instructions
Preparation Steps
Trim chicken breasts and cut into uniform pieces for sliders.
In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat and stir in garlic, balsamic vinegar, smoked paprika, chili powder, and thyme.
Season butter mixture with salt, and pepper. Set aside 1/4 cup for basting.
Preheat grill to medium-high. Coat chicken with olive oil, season with salt and pepper and grill for 4 minutes each side.
Baste chicken with reserved butter mixture while grilling.
Preheat oven to broil and lightly butter slider buns with remaining butter.
Layer bottom buns with grilled chicken, provolone slices, then top with the bun lids.
Place sliders on a baking sheet, broil for 2 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly.
Notes
These sliders are versatile and can be garnished with avocado, or a dash of hot sauce for an added kick!
