Instructions
Preparation Steps
Brown the sausage in a large pot over medium heat. Remove sausage and set aside.
Add onion and garlic to the pot and cook until softened.
Stir in the beans, broth, oregano, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
Add the cooked sausage back to the pot and heat through.
Notes
Serve hot with crusty bread. You can add other vegetables like carrots or celery for extra flavor.
