Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sausages and cook until browned.
Add the onions and mushrooms to the skillet, cooking until onions are transparent and mushrooms are softened.
Place the pie crust in a pie pan, fill with the sausage mixture, and cover with the top crust. Seal the edges and cut a few slits in the top to allow steam to escape.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
