Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Breakfast Bagels (Better Than the Drive-Thru!)

This breakfast bagel recipe is a perfect combination of savory sausage, fluffy eggs, and melted cheese, tucked inside a crispy bagel.

  • 4 slices bagels preferably freshly baked
  • 4 pieces sausage patties cooked
  • 4 large eggs scrambled
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese

Preparation Steps

  • Toast the bagels in a toaster until golden brown.
  • Cook sausage patties in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
  • In the same skillet, scramble the eggs until just set.
  • Assemble the bagels: place a sausage patty, scrambled egg, and a slice of cheese on the bottom half of each bagel. Top with the other half of the bagel.
