  • 4 pieces sausage patties cooked

Preparation Steps

  • Toast the bagel halves until golden brown.
  • Cook the sausage patties in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked.
  • Cook the eggs according to your preference (scrambled, fried, or poached).
  • Assemble the bagels by placing a cheese slice, a sausage patty, and an egg on each bottom half. Top with the other bagel half.

Notes

For extra flavor, add your favorite condiments such as ketchup or hot sauce.
