Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Breakfast Bagels (Better Than the Drive-Thru!)

Enjoy a delicious and filling breakfast bagel with sausage, egg, and cheese that you can easily make at home.

  • 4 pieces bagels sliced in half
  • 4 pieces sausage patties
  • 4 pieces eggs large
  • 4 slices cheese cheddar or your choice
  • 1 tbsp butter for frying

Instructions
 

Preparation Steps

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the sausage patties until browned and cooked through.
  • In another skillet, melt butter and fry the eggs sunny-side up until the whites are set.
  • Place a slice of cheese on each bottom half of the bagels, top with a sausage patty, a fried egg, and then the top half of the bagel.
  • Serve hot and enjoy your breakfast bagels.

Notes

Feel free to experiment with different types of cheese and add some vegetables like spinach or tomato for added flavor.
