  • 1 lb Ground Beef 80/20 blend recommended
  • 0.5 cup Breadcrumbs Plain or seasoned
  • 0.25 cup Milk
  • 1 egg Egg
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Gently mix until just combined.
  • Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
  • Place meatballs in a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.

Notes

Serve with mashed potatoes and gravy for a complete meal.
