Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface until they are smooth and even.
Brush the pastry with beaten egg wash to help the toppings adhere.
Sprinkle the pastry with Parmesan cheese, fresh rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
Cut the pastry into strips and twist each strip gently several times to form spirals.
Place the twisted strips on the prepared baking sheets, spacing them evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes on a wire rack before serving.
Notes
Store these twists in an airtight container for up to 3 days. They can be reheated in the oven for a fresh-out-of-the-oven taste.
