Rose Milk Mousse
Rose milk mousse is a light, fragrant dessert that turns a few simple ingredients into softly set, spoonable cups. Rose syrup gives the cream its floral color and aroma, while white chocolate adds body and a gentle sweetness.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup cream double, heavy, or low fat
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons rose syrup
- 1 tablespoon chopped pistachios divided
- dried rose petals for topping
Instructions
Melt white chocolate in a microwave or double boiler until smooth, then cool.
Place chilled cream in a large mixing bowl.
Add vanilla extract or powder.
Whip with an electric beater or stand mixer until slightly stiff peaks form.
Add rose syrup and melted chocolate, mixing gently and thoroughly.
Divide the mousse among serving glasses.
Cover and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours; do not freeze.
Top with pistachio flakes and rose petals and serve immediately.
