Refreshing Fruit Salad

A vibrant and healthy fruit salad, perfect for breakfast, a snack, or a light dessert.

Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Strawberries hulled and quartered
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 2 cups Cantaloupe cubed
  • 1 cup Honeydew melon cubed
  • 1 Kiwi peeled and sliced
  • 1 Banana sliced

Dressing

  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice

Preparation Steps

  • In a large bowl, combine the strawberries, blueberries, cantaloupe, honeydew melon, and kiwi.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and lime juice until well combined.
  • Pour the dressing over the fruit mixture and gently toss to coat.
  • Add the sliced banana just before serving to prevent browning.
  • Serve immediately or chill for later.

Notes

For a creamier texture, you can add a dollop of yogurt or whipped cream before serving.
