Reese's Cheesecake Recipe

A decadent Reese's Cheesecake recipe with a rich chocolate base and creamy peanut butter filling. Topped with mini Reese's peanut butter cups for the ultimate indulgence.

Ingredients
  

Crust Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups chocolate graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cups granulated sugar
  • 0.25 cups unsalted butter, melted

Filling Ingredients

  • 32 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1.5 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 cups Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, chopped

Instructions
 

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  • Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool completely.
  • Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in vanilla extract. Gradually add heavy cream and beat until light and fluffy.
  • Fold in chopped Reese's Peanut Butter Cups.
  • Pour filling over the cooled crust.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

For an extra touch, garnish with additional mini Reese's Peanut Butter Cups before serving.
