  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 0.33 cup sugar
  • 0.25 cup raspberry jam
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mix softened butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
  • Stir in vanilla extract and salt.
  • Gradually add flour and mix until combined.
  • Shape dough into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet.
  • Make an indentation in each ball and fill with raspberry jam.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are golden.

Notes

Feel free to substitute raspberry jam with your favorite fruit preserves.
