Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix softened butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
Stir in vanilla extract and salt.
Gradually add flour and mix until combined.
Shape dough into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet.
Make an indentation in each ball and fill with raspberry jam.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are golden.
