Ranch Potatoes Recipe

Crispy roasted potatoes tossed in a creamy homemade ranch dressing. A simple and delicious side dish!

  • 2 lbs Yukon Gold Potatoes
  • 0.5 cup Mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup Buttermilk
  • 2 tablespoons Dried Parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Wash and cut potatoes into 1-inch cubes.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, buttermilk, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Add potatoes to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  • Spread potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Roast for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
